About the Role

Moove is looking for a Business Operations Senior Associate to contribute to become an integral part of our UK scale up. The ideal candidate will bring sector expertise, strategic insight and strong operational proficiency to the role.

Business Operations Associates are responsible for ensuring: scalable and sustainable local operations, high vehicle utilisation and effective cost management .

What You’ll be Doing

  • Developing strategies for pricing, product and new revenue opportunities

  • Understand market trends and gather competitive insights to inform decisions

  • Create reporting packs to report on business performance

  • Designing, implement and managing processes to manage critical business operations

  • Assessing and adapting tooling, and identifying gaps and opportunities in tooling as products and processes evolve and as the company scales

  • Being the internal PoC for the UK for product builds with central Moove teams or external stakeholders and working with local teams to roll out changes

  • Using a data driven approach and continuous improvement methodology to identify and deliver improvements on an ongoing basis

What You will need for this position

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in operations/business improvement is a must. Experience in operational design or customer facing operations in a plus

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A dynamic combination of IQ and EQ and an ability to think strategically and execute tactically

  • A keen sense of responsibility, initiative, and an ability to inspire. You should feel comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills

  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Who You'll Be Working with:

Directly reporting to our City Manager, and closely working with our Operations Team.
