About the Role

The Data Entry Assistant, as a temporary position, will assist fleet with compiling documents required for the application of Operating permits for all fleet vehicles for Cape Town. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, have strong attention to detail, good negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

What You’ll be Doing

The key responsibilities for this role are:

• Document collation for Operating Licence applications for Cape Town. (photocopying of Natis docs, Company Docs, Tax Clearances per Carco)

• Document certifying and submission to the selected vendors for queueing up at DoT and ensuring processes are followed.

• Application form completions per vehicle for both Cities.

• Collection of application outcomes and the lodging of appeals where necessary.

• Liaising closely with Uber to ensure that our applications are prioritised and that we receive OL's for our entire fleet.

• Project managing the entire process and report of progress.

Key Metrics

• 100% OL submission to the Department of Transport

• Accessible document repository with outcomes of the applications

What You will need for this position

• Attention to detail

• Computer literate in Microsoft and Google Suite

• Good Communication skills

• Presentation skills

• 1 - 2years experience in data entry

Directly reporting to our CIM & Quality Manager, and closely working with our Fleet Team.
