About the Role

Moove is looking for an experienced accountant, as a proven result-driven person, the accountant will be responsible for preparation of Creditors reconciliations for the month end payment run and liaise with suppliers to clear out queries and reconciling items.

What You’ll be Doing

Match and capture supplier invoices

Preparation of Creditors reconciliations for the month end payment run

Liaise with suppliers to clear out queries and reconciling items

Preparation of payments

Prepare and capture monthly Creditor accrual journals

Reconciliation of responsible GL accounts

Assist with the preparation of financial year end files

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including Auditors at year end

Assist Financial Manager with ad hoc duties

Recruitment of junior team as business scales

Management of accounts payable clerks

What You will need for this position

Grade 12 + 3-year degree or diploma

5 years experience in Accounts Payable

Directly reporting to our Finance Manager, and closely working with our Finance Team.
