THE ROLE

We are looking for individuals who can:

• Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, surfacing and driving our roadmap to capitalize on opportunities with urgency
• Quickly absorb and synthesize new technologies ensuring the product strategy and roadmap are oriented correctly
• Influence stakeholders and keep them aligned and informed
• Demonstrate they’ve been a go-to person regularly called on by leadership and to represent their organizations externally

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

• Product Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the Minds product strategy, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with our company vision and customer needs.
• Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
• User Research: Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs and pain points, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor landscape, and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Build influence across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

YOU WILL HAVE:

• 7+ years of product management experience: Proven track record of successfully launching multiple products from concept to market.
• Experience with AI/ML products: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in real-world scenarios.
• Technical background: Experience working with cloud infrastructure and database technologies is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: Passionate about building new products and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior experience working on Open Source-based products
• MBA or advanced degree
