The Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support our team by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and operational roles. You will play a key role in identifying high-quality candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of our team and business.
What you’ll do:
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent for technical and operational positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Track recruitment metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes.
Who you are:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to independently build and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Proven experience recruiting technical profiles (Data, AI, Software Engineering, Robotics).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Gem idelly).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align closely with hiring managers and drive processes forward.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving hiring priorities.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages desirable.
  • Experience in a robotics, AI, or deep-tech startup environment.
  • Ability to coach and train interviewers, and work with data to improve processes.
