About Khazna
Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Present products and services in a clear, professional, and engaging manner to drive customer interest.
- Generate qualified leads and create sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or product presentation calls when required.
- Achieve assigned campaign targets and consistently deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales results, conversion rates, and appointments booked.
- Maintain high productivity and quality standards across different campaigns and shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales-focused role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Suite).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Full flexibility to work across different shifts and support multiple campaigns as needed.
