Job Overview:
At Khazna, a leading fintech company, we are looking for a Credit Risk Data Analyst to support our growing risk management function. In this role, you will use SQL and data analytics tools to monitor portfolio health, identify emerging risks, and contribute to scalable risk solutions across our financial products. You will gain hands-on experience in both credit risk assessment and data-driven decision-making, working alongside senior professionals in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Use SQL to gather, analyze, and visualize data across all products and customer segments.
- Build dashboards and automated reports to provide real-time insights and support risk decision-making.
Credit Risk Assessment
- Evaluate credit risk across Khazna’s product portfolio, developing risk models informed by robust data analysis.
- Support the development and validation of risk models under guidance.
Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
- Assist in monitoring the overall credit portfolio, identifying adverse trends, and preparing summary reports for senior management.
- Contribute to tracking and reporting portfolio performance, ensuring credit losses remain within acceptable benchmarks.
- Support the development of new monitoring techniques and regular reporting tools.
Risk Compliance & Process Support
- Participate in ensuring that Khazna Tech's risk appetite benchmarks, including concentration limits, are adhered to across the portfolio.
- Perform sample checks on credit process adherence across teams (Sales, Credit Underwriting, Operations) and report findings to management.
Credit Policies & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Help in reviewing and updating credit policies to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist in data collection and reporting that supports informed growth decisions.
Regulatory Compliance & Model Development
- Ensure all credit-related activities are documented in line with regulatory requirements.
- Work alongside data and tech teams on projects related to behavioral-based creditworthiness models, gaining exposure to model development processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in data analytics, credit risk, Preferably in the fintech industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity.
- Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
