Job Summary

Khazna is looking for a UX Writer (Arabic & English) to join our Product Team and help craft clear, human and trustworthy experiences across our digital products.

In this role, you will be responsible for writing in-product content and microcopy that simplifies complex financial experiences and supports users across key services such as Salary Advance, BNPL, Bill Payments and Khazna Card.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in Arabic UX writing (Egyptian & Saudi) with the ability to write and adapt content in English when needed for product experiences, internal alignment, or future expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize microcopy across the app (buttons, labels, error messages, empty states, helper text, confirmations).
• Create clear, empathetic, and compliant content for financial journeys such as onboarding, verification, payments, repayments, limits,failures and translating complex concepts into simple and reassuring language.
• Produce UX content in Arabic and English, ensuring consistency, clarity and usability while adapting Arabic to Egyptian & Saudi linguistic and cultural contexts.
• Participate in research and usability testing,review flows early,flag clarity and comprehension risks before development.
• Contribute to UX writing guidelines, voice & tone, and reusable content patterns to maintain consistency across markets and use cases.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, UX Researchers and Engineers from discovery to delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role within a product company.
• Native Arabic writer with strong English UX writing skills, experienced in creating content for both Egyptian and Saudi markets while balancing Modern Standard Arabic(MSA) and local dialect when needed.
• Ability to adapt tone, terminology and language across Arabic and English while preserving clarity, meaning and usability.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design and best practices in simplification, editing and content structuring.
• Comfortable working inside Figma and collaborating closely with designers and cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail, particularly in financial or transactional experiences; fintech domain knowledge (payments, lending, BNPL, banking) and multi-market/MENA exposure are strong pluses.
