Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to discuss performance, provide support, and address challenges.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage team schedules, attendance, and time off requests.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Monitor and analyze team and individual sales performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and close rates.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for team members.
- Track and report on team progress and sales results.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds all sales quotas.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about company products/services and sales techniques.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement and enforce company sales policies and procedures.
- Assist in the creation of sales scripts and presentations.
- Ensure the team provides excellent customer service and builds strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper usage of CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Acquisition Manager.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and projections.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field .
- From 3 to 4 years of experience in Corporate sales , with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience in leading or supervising a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
