Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to manage the collection and tracking of
invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping to support financial reporting
and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in onboarding corporate
clients, managing operational cycles, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Corporates: Guide corporate clients through the onboarding process, providing hands-on support and creating educational materials to ensure their success on our platform.
- Manage Operational Cycle: Oversee the payroll cycle with HR teams, from user onboarding to invoicing and collection.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with corporate partners through regular communication, visits, and engagement initiatives.
- Customer Success: Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to corporate partners.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Team to align on growth efforts and client needs.
- Financial Operations & Invoicing: Manage the collection and tracking of invoices sent, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping to support financial reporting and cash flow management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in financial operations, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
