Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.
This is a fun stage in the company's lifecycle as the core foundation has been but it is still early enough to assume a ton of ownership and to help shape the future of the company and its success.

Job Description:
- Building & maintain strategic long-term relationships & ensure that the company offerings meet the users’ needs
- Bring in a new business from the existing accounts.
- Resolving client issues and concerns
- Monitor account performance, forecast and track key account metrics & analyzing key performance indicators (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts )
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with On-ground team to identify and grow opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about customer needs.
Required Qualifications:
- BSC. degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven Experience in Account Management.
- Proven experience in Corporate KAM or Corporate Sales.
- Ability to create, manage and grow relationships.
- Ability to work independently and keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong writing, phone and presentation skills, Solid experience in google sheets and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
