Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and final selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of job requirements and organizational needs, ensuring that recruitment strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure that Khazna attracts the best talent to support our growth and innovation by sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person CBI interviews evaluating candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Provide ongoing communication and updates to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure alignment and a smooth experience for all parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and reporting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to keep Khazna competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the development and execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on employer branding activities, including organizing and attending job fairs, recruitment events to promote Khazna as an employer of choice.

Required Qualifications:

  • From 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Past Experience in FinTech Company is a plus
  • HR Diploma is a Plus.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment and hiring practices.
