Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking an experienced Rewards and Operations Manager to lead and enhance our Total Rewards initiatives along with the HR Operations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also adept at handling operational details to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive total rewards strategies that align with the company’s business goals and support employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Payroll Management: Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and compliance with all applicable tax and labor laws.
  • HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, compliance, and other administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes and compliance with all applicable labor laws.
  • Compensation Management: Lead market benchmarking, and salary structure development. Oversee annual merit Process.
  • Benefits Administration: Evaluate, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to analyze trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership, HR teams, and external vendors to align rewards programs with organizational goals.
  • Employee Engagement: Communicate total rewards programs effectively to employees, enhancing understanding and appreciation of the value provided.
  • Policy Development: Create and update policies related to compensation, benefits, and other total rewards practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management.
  • Strong understanding of total rewards principles, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
