In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience of our innovative financial products and services, contributing to our mission of revolutionizing the way people manage and interact with their finances.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research through various methodologies such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and business to integrate user-centric insights into the product development process.

Execute end-to-end research projects, from defining research goals and hypotheses to presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Analyze and synthesize research findings to create comprehensive user personas, journey maps, and actionable insights that inform product design and development.

Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization and promote a strong user-focused culture.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.

At least 1 years of proven experience in conducting user research for B2C products, preferably in the fintech domain.

Good Knowledge of research methodologies, such as qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and user behavior analysis.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with Dovetail is a huge plus
