About Khazna

Khazna launched in 2020 to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked mid-to-low-income consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

Role Description

The Head of Corporate Acquisition & Partnerships is a key member of the commercial team responsible for executing the commercial strategy, driving user and revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Head of Corporate Acquisition & Partnerships

will deliver sales, partnerships, and business development activities, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic goals. This role involves managing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, while continuously identifying new business opportunities and markets.

Who are we looking for

  • Directly responsible for growing Egypt corporate partners, users, and revenues
  • Execute the commercial strategy and manage respective P&L
  • Hire, manage, develop, and retain an aggressive, bold, and hands-on sales team
  • Create budgets and sales forecasts and manage pipeline
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports
  • Lead and support all sales-related activities
  • Advance Khazna’s vision, mission and culture
  • Manage existing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and enhance the company’s market position
  • Work closely with Operations, Strategy, Product, and Technology teams to launch products and user experiences highly adapted to the needs of target users
  • Partner closely with other teams including operations, credit risk, and finance to ensure the achievement of growth targets and smooth operation
  • Monitor market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape and be the thought leader in fintech in Egypt
