As our new Legal Assistant, you will:
- Proof-read, format and prepare final versions of legal documents and commercial agreements
- Draft corporate documents and assist in drafting internal policies and procedures
- Conduct legal research on various topics
- Help to build and manage the internal Legal department’s know-how database
- Provide ongoing assistance to the Legal department
- Ad hoc projects as required
What you need to be successful:
- You have a degree in Law (or are a last year student)
- Hands-on experience with commercial agreements drafting and negotiating would be an advantage
- Attention to details and willingness to learn and develop
- You are proactive in identifying organisational needs, and a self-starter, with a desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English
