What You’ll Do:

  • Grow Galatea’s target audiences through paid media channels
  • Plan, execute, analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels
  • Own the strategy for your channels, demonstrating expertise in managing large budgets and media planning
  • Track and report on key metrics regularly
  • Ensure good data and dashboard setup with Business Intelligence, and full conversion funnel is understood and used for optimizations
  • Evaluate our tracking and attribution setups and optimize accordingly to ensure the accuracy of reporting
  • As part of your role, you will be a trusted and professional advisor to all relevant stakeholders (i.e. for Marketing, Product, BI)
  • Keep up with industry trends and new UA opportunities beyond existing channels

What You'll Bring:

  • Startup hungry; you excel in a fast-paced, scrappy environment and you welcome new challenges
  • Committed to building an in-person work culture; you prefer a hybrid work model
  • You have 4+ years of experience managing paid UA campaigns for mobile & desktop B2C
  • You are passionate, constantly curious, and a proactive marketeer
  • Testing and experimenting to discover new areas of growth, and seeking improvements in the way things are done are in your DNA
  • You have strong data analysis experience and can articulate your findings with the team, and also with technical and creative stakeholders
  • You have a deep understanding and proven competencies in at least Social platforms. Additional platforms are a big plus (e.g. Display, Affiliate, Search)
  • You are a confident user of Excel, Google Sheets, and Dashboard tools
  • You are experienced with Adjust or any similar MMP tool
  • You have a great attitude and value friendly, open, and honest communication
  • Be keen to learn and welcoming toward constructive feedback
  • You are a real team player that can adapt easily to others
  • You are experienced with working in a fast-paced environment and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
  • You are highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Located in San Francisco or close proximity, join us in the office

  • You have an understanding of how to track, run, and optimize campaigns in post-iOS14 world
  • Bring experiences with ad exchanges, affiliates or native advertising would be a big plus
  • Knowledge of SQL

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000—$160,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
