About The Role

Harbor Lab is seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Operations and Financial Analysis to play a crucial role in our tech startup's scale-up phase. This role involves not only overseeing and integrating revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success, but also contributing significantly to financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will create data-driven strategies that align all revenue-related functions, ensure efficient processes, drive sales excellence, and maximise revenue growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• GTM Process Alignment: Establish deep understanding of (or co-create with sales leadership) the GTM process to support the custome journey
• Data-Driven Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams and leaders to provide data analysis that improves sales strategies and performance
• Data Model Development: Design and implement a robust data model for capturing key metrics across the customer lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and consistency
• Strategic Revenue and Financial Planning: Develop strategies aligning revenue operations with financial objectives, using data-driven insights
• Analytics and Reporting: Lead the development of financial and board reports, leveraging data from the customer lifecycle for strategic decision-making
• FP&A Integration: Serve as a primary liaison with the finance team, providing crucial data and analysis to support financial planning
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between departments to ensure data consistency and alignment with business objectives
• Technology and Tools Optimization: Evaluate and implement tools and technologies that support effective data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Continuous Improvement: Establish a feedback loop where data insights continuously refine and optimize sales tactics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, data analytics, and financial analysis, preferably in a tech startup environment
• Demonstrated experience in developing data models and managing large datasets
• Fulfilled Military Obligations (where applicable)
