You will join one of our product teams where you will be responsible for creating great user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and other designers to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and our business goals.

Your responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile application
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs (preferably using Figma)
• Create visuals such as icons or (animated) illustrations
• Conduct user research, usability testing and analyze data to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product manager, developers, and other designers to ensure designs meet user and business needs
• Create design guidelines and maintain consistency across all products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Participate in the product strategy and roadmap

Your profile

• Design is more than a job to you, it is your passion
• You have experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications as well as in working in an agile development process and with design software (preferably Figma)
• You have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience in motion design
• A strong attention to detail and working on multiple projects at once is something you enjoy
• You are a self-starter who enjoys being part of a team while working independently and getting results
• You are fluent in English‍

📍Location: Remote (between GMT-4 & GMT+1) or in our office in Innsbruck or Barcelona

⏲️ Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs)

💵 Salary: Depending on the location €27,000-40,000 (overpay based on skills)
