Your Role in Our Journey

Provide administrative support for people-centric initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Ensure business continuity by backing up People Operations Managers during absence periods and supporting day-to-day operations.

Manage relationships with our Employer of Record (EOR) partner and EOR team members.

Create reports and monitor Time & Absence data using tools like Google Sheets or Excel (Workday knowledge is a plus).

Assist Payroll Specialists with payroll administration tasks.

Serve as a first point of contact for general employee requests related to benefits, confirmations, and other People matters via ticketing solutions or Workday.

Support office event planning and collaborate with leadership teams on engagement initiatives.
Your Impact

Experience in People Operations or HR roles, ideally in an international context.

Familiarity with employment law in Spain, Italy, or the UK (knowledge of additional regions is a bonus).

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools; Workday and ADP experience is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Italian; knowledge of German or other languages is advantageous.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, global team environment.
