At GoStudent, we are seeking a Partner Sales Leader to spearhead the recruitment, development, and success of our freelance sales partners across DACH and Poland.
As a key figure in our mission to revolutionize education, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing a robust sales network while embracing both leadership and hands-on coaching responsibilities. Native-level German and fluent English are essential to excel in this multilingual, fast-paced environment.

Your Mission
Team Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify top talent: Recruit high-performing freelance sales partners passionate about delivering results.
- Seamless onboarding: Equip new team members with the skills and tools to excel from day one.
Sales Enablement & Support
- Empower your team: Provide ongoing training and resources to ensure partners succeed in selling GoStudent’s 1:1 tutoring subscriptions.
- Sales expertise: Share proven B2B sales strategies to help partners excel in customer acquisition and relationship-building.
Coaching & Leadership
- Inspire performance: Mentor partners to enhance their sales techniques and achieve ambitious goals.
- Motivate excellence: Foster a culture of high energy and accountability through regular feedback, incentive programs, and growth opportunities.
Performance & Relationship Management
- Analyze results: Monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and implement tailored action plans for success.
- Build trust: Act as a dedicated advisor and advocate, nurturing long-term, productive relationships with your partners.
Collaboration & Market Growth
- Strategic alignment: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
- Drive expansion: Contribute to GoStudent’s growth by optimizing sales strategies for the DACH and Polish markets.
What You Bring to the Team
Required Skills & Experience:
- Language Proficiency: Native German and fluent English.
- B2B Sales Expertise: A background in B2B sales, with a proven ability to hit and exceed targets.
- Leadership Potential: Experience leading or coaching sales teams, with a passion for helping others grow.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with DACH and/or Polish markets, with insights into effective sales practices.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in network marketing or working with freelance sales models is a plus.
- Previous work in the EdTech sector or subscription-based services
