Your Role in Our Journey

  • Customer Support: Offer top-tier assistance via live chat, emails, and invoice management. You'll communicate primarily in English, but also use our translation tools to help clients in markets like DACH, Spain, Italy, France, Poland, and the Netherlands.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Global Customer Care Managers to deliver customer-friendly solutions tailored to the needs of each market.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle high-priority tasks, including managing teacher searches, session bookings, and other key organizational requests across all our supported regions.
  • Liaison: Act as the bridge between our Customer Care team and our network of tutors to ensure smooth coordination and top-notch service.
  • Session Coordination: Help organize and manage tutoring sessions, ensuring seamless execution for students and families across GoStudent Universe.

Your Impact

  • Experience: 2-5 years in the Customer Care field or inbound call center customer service department. Experience in translation or education is a plus.
  • Proficiency: In CRM/Customer Care Tools and translation tools.
  • Multilingual Mastery: Full Proficiency in English is essential (C2-Native). Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, French, Greek, Dutch, and Polish (at least a B2 level) is highly desirable and will be considered an asset for this customer care role.
  • Communication Skills: Natural communicator with the ability to empathize with customers, finding the right solutions and bringing smiles to their faces.
  • Organizational Talent: Structured, capable of seeing the bigger picture, and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Hands-On Mentality: Demonstrates a high degree of initiative and responsibility, quick to learn new tasks, and adept at multitasking.
  • All-Rounder: Enthusiastic about our product, capable of quickly learning necessary hard facts, and excels in authenticity, customer orientation, and service.
