As the Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our founders contributing to the smooth operation of our company.
Location: Vienna (hybrid)
Your Role in Our Journey
- Assist the executive and management team (mainly our founders) in managing their complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Prepare presentations, take minutes of meetings, and manage email inboxes effectively and in a timely manner.
- Assist with invoicing and management of supplier invoices, credit cards and financial audits.
- Execute errands on behalf of the founders.
- Independent communication with various stakeholders (business and private)
- Manage personal tasks such as expenses, private investments, and private appointments.
- Contribution in various projects within the business like rent management, culture initiatives, insurances and many more.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, contributing to the organization of events and conferences for C-Levels and their teams.
Your Impact
- Relevant Experience: Ideally, bring 5+ years of experience, with a preference for backgrounds in start-ups or dynamic environments.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrate utmost discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at the highest level.
- Organizational Proficiency: Showcase strong organizational abilities alongside multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in German considered a valuable asset.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments, ensuring smooth operations.
