About the Role

We are growing and look for a Junior Recruiting Expert to support our incredible Talent Sourcing Team. In this position you will partner with our People Partners and Recruiting Experts (where you will learn from the best!), and you will get involved in recruiting a range of interesting specialists.

• Attract talents for our Sales, Customer Service and Tutor teams for our European markets with focus on France.
• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment, starting with creation of tailor-made search strategies, design of job postings as well as pre-screening of candidates..
• Take ownership of the candidate experience and the entire recruiting process including job interviews. .
• Ensure a great onboarding experience for candidates from making offers and facilitating the contracts of employment till the onboarding..
• Be part of our recruiter team and work closely with the respective people partner & hiring manager to bring the optimal candidates on board.
• Stay tuned and up-to-date with current recruiting trends, share learnings and ideas within our team.

Who you are:

In this role, we are looking for someone who has a drive to succeed in a fast paced environment. You enjoy building relationships with colleagues and candidates and ideally you bring:

• First experiences in a recruitment, sales or customer service position within a fast paced environment.
• Fluent French and English skills, German is a nice-to-have.
• Excellent communication skills, curiosity to never stop learning and a problem solving attitude.
