The Role
The Senior Product Manager for Money will take over the Money team and drive the product roadmap needed to enable the kind of seamless integration for customers that will allow Gigs and our customers to scale sufficiently to unlock the next 100-250M$ in ARR.
You’ll help make telecom integration seamless for our customers by identifying high-impact improvements and building them into our products and APIs — especially around financial flows, compliance, and user experience across geographies.
Success in this role means excelling at product discovery, API design, and developer experience. You should be comfortable writing clear copy, collaborating across teams, managing roadmaps, and navigating topics like compliance and accounting when needed.
What you will do
- Build simple, lean, and effective APIs that help our customers solve for the most critical financial flows in collaboration with engineers, customers and the compliance and legal teams
- Evolve our Billing API to optimize developer experience and reduce time to launch for customers
- Ensure compliance with financial, telecom, and taxation regulations across global markets
- Prioritize a roadmap of features, balancing short-term benefit and long term vision
- Build alignment with stakeholders on the path forward with regards to money
- Influence decisions higher up in the organizational structure and across teams
What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Have 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in API, platform or financial systems
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands on mentality: You take ownership and move projects forward while keeping everyone in the loop, over-communicating in a remote work environment
- Able to juggle many competing priorities at once without getting overwhelmed
- Excellent technical understanding, you have designed APIs and worked on complex integration projects before
- Empathy for our customers, accountants and engineers teams
- Fluency with data: You are familiar with data analytics tools and able to conduct your own analysis to prioritize features and show their impact
- Can quickly get up to speed on telecom or fintech domains
- You enjoy working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Bonus points if:
- Previous exposure to telecommunications or related infrastructure.
- Experience building 0→1 products or working in fast-growing scale-ups.
- Experience working in a remote environment
