We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our Operations team and drive the successful delivery of our AI agent deployments.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of our deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve their expected operational and financial outcomes. You will coordinate teams across commercial, implementation, platform, and quality functions to ensure smooth, on-schedule launches.

Reporting to the COO, you will play a central role in maintaining operational discipline across teams, ensuring clear priorities, seamless handovers, and strong visibility on delivery performance and project economics.

What you'll do:

• Own the successful delivery of our deployments end-to-end, from project kickoff to production launch
• Drive execution against delivery timelines, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively managed
• Lead cross-functional coordination across commercial, implementation, integration, and quality teams
• Build and monitor delivery performance dashboards, tracking KPIs, timelines, and operational metrics
• Ensure projects meet their expected economics, monitoring costs, resource allocation, and ROI
• Identify and resolve delivery risks early, removing blockers and maintaining momentum across teams
• Establish and maintain clear delivery processes, documentation, and handover standards
  
  

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in project management or delivery operations, ideally managing SaaS deployments for enterprise customers
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects from kickoff to production
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset, with the ability to drive execution and hold teams accountable
• Highly analytical and systems-oriented, comfortable building dashboards, KPIs, and scalable operational processes from scratch
• Experience working with AI systems or agentic AI workflows is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate technical and commercial stakeholders.
