Solution Engineer – GetVocal.ai

GetVocal.ai enables organizations to create advanced conversational agents—voice and text experiences that handle complex, sometimes sensitive interactions. We’re seeking a Solution Engineer to guide customers from vision to deployment, delivering high-impact conversational AI solutions.

What you will do:

Client Discovery & Design

• Partner with customers to refine requirements and define clear success criteria.
• Break projects into milestones and architect robust conversation flows.

Implementation & Delivery

• Use GetVocal’s low/no-code builder to create high-level agent skeletons and logic.
• Integrate conversational agent into customer systems and ensure performance, security, and compliance (including live transactional actions, post conversation workflows, ... )

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Delivery – Lead technical delivery of custom voice/text agents using GetVocal’s low/no-code builder, APIs, and integrations. Rapidly prototype or build advanced solutions, coordinating with engineering on complex needs and ensuring scalability.
• Client-Facing Consulting – Act as a trusted technical consultant in pre- and post-sales conversations. Demonstrate advanced use cases, advise on optimal configurations, and support sales with compelling solution proposals.
  

Requirements:

• Proven client-facing or consulting experience with excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in low-/no-code workflow automation platforms (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier).
• Comfortable discussing APIs and integrations with customer IT department without being a seasoned developer.
• Curious and experimental with AI-powered tools and emerging app-building tech.
• Proactive “doer” who owns projects and drives them forward.
• Professional level in English
