Senior Software Engineer – Real-Time Conversational AI Systems

Getvocal is building next-generation conversational agents and looking for a Senior Software Engineer.

What you’ll do

• Design and scale real-time processing systems powering our AI agents (based on conversational graphs & generative AI)
• Implement & optimize high-performance parallel processing solutions, WebSocket / WebRTC pipelines, microservices and ML-ops tooling
• Work closely with AI researchers to bring cutting-edge models to production

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expert Python skills
• Experience of real-time systems, (WebSocket/WebRTC, parallel processing,..)
• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker and cloud deployments
• Collaborative mindset and passion for R&D

• Location: Paris 12ᵉ
• Hybrid: up to 2 remote days/week
• Full-time, permanent
• Salary: TBD depending on profil
