We are currently growing our team to further strengthen our market presence and brand positioning. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the development of our marketing foundation, help shape how we communicate our product and mission, and contribute to building scalable AI-supported marketing processes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our overall marketing rehaul. In this role, you will work on improving our website, LinkedIn presence, and core marketing assets, while also helping to build AI-supported workflows for content creation and partner marketing materials. This is a hands-on role with room to shape processes, test ideas, and contribute directly to how Forward Earth presents itself to the market.

Responsibilities

Marketing Rehaul: Support the improvement of our overall marketing setup, including website content, LinkedIn presence, and core marketing materials.

Content Creation: Help create, refine, and optimize written content for different channels, including website copy, LinkedIn posts, and other communication materials.

AI Process Setup: Support the creation of AI-supported workflows for more automated and scalable content production.

Partner Assets: Help set up AI-automated processes for creating marketing assets for our partners.

Website Support: Assist in maintaining and improving our website in Webflow, ensuring content is up to date and aligned with our brand positioning.

Brand Communication: Contribute to sharpening how we communicate our product, mission, and value proposition across different touchpoints.

Research and Optimization: Research content ideas, tools, and best practices to improve marketing efficiency and output quality.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field.

• Basic experience with Webflow.

• Basic experience in content writing.

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital communication.

• Interest in AI-supported workflows and curiosity about how automation can improve marketing processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.

• Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Prior experience in a startup environment or B2B SaaS marketing is helpful but not required.
