Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be a driving force behind our carbon management solution. With a high level of autonomy and accountability, you'll take ownership of your product area and collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to create a category-defining product that customers will love.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Help shape a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the CPO and leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to conceptualize, design, and deliver delightful products.
• Customer Feedback: Listen actively to customer needs and pain points, turning these insights into impactful product features and improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Share progress, strategies, and outcomes transparently with stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and excitement.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record of developing successful SaaS products at different stages of maturity.
• Experience in both enterprise and mid-market SaaS environments is ideal.
• Passionate about climate tech, with a drive to make a meaningful impact.
• Great communication skills that make complex ideas easy to understand and rally teams around your vision.
• Adaptable and willing to tackle new challenges, as the company grows and evolves.
