Tech Stack Python, Numpy, OpenCV, Linux, Vue.js, Plotly, WebRTC, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS 🔥 Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Hire and supervise our engineering team (target is 10 people)</li> <li>Own agile culture and design the supporting structures and processes</li> <li>Help form the company strategic plans and execution</li> <li>Manage customer relationships and budgets </li> </ul> 😊 About You We would love to meet you if you have all or some of these requirements: <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as engineering manager or similar roles</li> <li>Commercial product development experience</li> <li>Excellent organisation and communication skills</li> <li>Experience managing a Scrum environment</li> <li>Ability to meet in Metro Manila a few times per month</li> <li>Experience and Interest working closely with founder/board or own entrepreneurial experience. </li> </ul> As a Bonus <ul> <li>Start-up / scale-up experience</li> <li>Scrum master certification </li> <li>Experience managing data analytics, AI or computer vision product development.</li> </ul> </div>
