Job Description

As our IT and Security Specialist, you will play a key role in being our Single point of contact for the the IT operations in Singapore, you will support the IT structure in Singapore and focus optimizing the business processes and increase efficiency through automation the cybersecurity part in the region.

As part of a collaborative team and managed by Jean-Baptiste, our Head of Operations, you will work closely with various international teams based in Paris, Singapore or NYC and including challenging topics linked to Crypto Trading and large device fleet management.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Provide N1 & N2 end-user support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Assist in employees' onboarding and offboarding by setting up new user accounts, configuring devices, and revoking access as necessary
  • Work on automation projects using Workato to optimize business processes and increase efficiency
  • Write technical documentation to ensure that procedures are documented accurately and kept up to date
  • Manage updates and upgrades on computer and mobile fleets to ensure that all devices are up to date with the latest software versions and security patches
  • Configure and manage Jira to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet client requirements
  • Conduct inventory management of computer equipment to ensure that hardware assets are accurately tracked and managed
  • Create user documentation and related communications when necessary (ex: new major feature, update guidelines, etc)

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network fundamentals
  • Familiarity with macOS and iOS environments
  • Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn new technologies and concepts
  • A previous experience in the IT domain (networks, system administrations, etc) would be a plus
  • Technical knowledge of Network (VPN, VLAN, Unifi solution) and Hardware Management system is a plus (Jamf)
  • Basic experience with automation tools and technologies (eg: Zappier, Make or Workato) would be a plus
  • Basic experience with SSO (eg: Okta, Onelogin, Jumpcloud)
