Job Description

We are seeking a highly communicative and project-oriented intern to join our People & Culture team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment, working closely with our People team on a variety of projects related to office management, internal communication, and employee experience, where you will be the first point of contact for those matters.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Employee Experience: office management (equipment, snacks, etc.), daily support to the teams, new joiners onboarding, etc.
  • Assist the People & Culture team in diverse projects such as employee lifecycle, development of our Campus Management, shootings, etc.
  • Coordinate with the team the Events and Communication planned for the whole year, including the offsites.

Requirements

Background and experience

  • Masters in HR, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a plus.
  • Sensibility for the Finance/Crypto industry is a plus.

Skills and personality

  • Organized and autonomous
  • Ability in written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicative and easygoing.
  • Project Management and event management.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.

Ideal Start Date: March 2024

Duration: 6 months
