Job Description

We are seeking an experienced candidate who will be part of our new OTC team, focused not only on prospection but also onboarding and managing our clients.

The Sales OTC at Flowdesk will work hand in hand with the Head of OTC Sales in the US.

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • You will be responsible for the pre and post sales lifecycle, including prospection, onboarding and account management to your clients, primarily focused on Flowdeskโ€™s OTC trading services.
  • Participate in crypto events in order to grow your network and onboard clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team as well as the trading, legal, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure frequent reporting and tracking using Salesforce.
  • Ensure the fluidity of trading operations by liaising with clients to address their demands

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in the cryptocurrency space, ideally at an exchange or a prime broker.
  • Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and financial topics.
  • Experience in networking, closing deals, and partnerships.
  • Team player, autonomous, curious, eager to learn and details oriented.
  • Ability to communicate internally and externally, work under pressure, organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, fluency in English is mandatory.
