Summary of the role

💡
Our sales team is growing beyond founder-sales. Join us based in Paris as the first account executive for all sales activities in France. You will be enabling medium-sized to larger medical device manufacturers to drive automation of their compliance processes and gain valuable insights from the data. To do so, you will develop strong customer relationships and own the sales cycle hands-on, end to end. Shape processes and strategy from the ground up and help scale the team as we are growing further.

Your contributions to our journey:

Be responsible and hands-on throughout the entire sales cycle for mid-size to large device manufacturers in France.
Generate leads, run demos, make offers and close deals, including onside meetings with key customers.
Work with one of the Co-founder to shape company-wide sales processes and strategy.
Work as part of a team to identify, acquire, negotiate and close new partners and customers;
Work in cross-collaboration with other departments to further improve our offering and communication of benefits.
Determine key KPIs and create dashboards to help the team learn and grow.
Create sales materials, from technical demos to sales presentations.
Work with the founders to grow the sales team, with the opportunity to becoming a country lead and beyond.

What you need to be successful:

Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
3+ years of track record within the SaaS industry, B2B sales, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.
You are motivated to tackle a wide range of tasks and have a “hands-on” mentality.
Native French speaker and fluency in English, both written and conversational.
Responsible and structured way of working with an affinity for problem-solving.
Advanced experience with a CRM system (e.g Hubspot, Salesforce,...).
