Your contributions to our journey:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related questions.
Oversee the on-boarding and off-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
Handle payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees.
Manage HR legal and compliance topics, ensuring all employee contracts and company policies are up-to-date and in compliance with local regulations.
Manage office operations, including supplies, facilities, and general office management tasks.
Organize company off-sites and other team-building events to foster a positive work environment.
Prepare work for accounting, including managing payroll data and ensuring accurate financial records.
Support audit processes by preparing and organizing necessary documentation and records.
What you need to be successful:
3+ years of experience in HR, people operations or similar roles, with an understanding of HR legal and compliance requirements.
Experience in payroll management and preparation of accounting data.
Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience with office management and organizing company events.
Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing employee data and payroll.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
