About Us
Flank is the #1 Agentic AI platform for inhouse legal teams. We believe in building new paradigms rather than imitating existing ones. Entire workflows, in some cases entire workstreams, will be automated by autonomous AI colleagues. This is a trillion dollar emerging market. And we are building at the bleeding edge of it.
TravelPerk, QA, Mural, and other global leaders use Flank to spin up fully autonomous colleagues that interact with the business directly, supporting them with contract negotiation, email triaging, infosec processes, and more.
There’s no playbook for where we are going, and that’s why we love building here.
We are on a mission to reinvent in-house legal (and beyond!) in the emerging agentic paradigm. This means reimagining what software is, how businesses interact with software, and how expertise is shared (& executed upon) throughout enterprises.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for our first Product Marketing Manager—a strategic, execution-focused marketer who can partner directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams to own and build the product marketing function from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to define the narrative for a category-defining product in a rapidly evolving space, and to have a direct impact on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and growth.
What You'll Do
Craft the story: Own product positioning, messaging, and value proposition for our core platform and upcoming launches—making complex AI and legal workflows easy to understand and exciting to adopt.
Launch with impact: Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features—from research and positioning to internal enablement and external rollout.
Understand the user: Conduct customer and market research to deeply understand our buyers (GCLs, legal ops leads, and enterprise tech decision-makers) and their pain points.
Enable the team: Build compelling sales enablement assets—one-pagers, battle cards, decks, case studies—to help sales and CS teams win and retain business.
Influence roadmap: Partner with Product and Engineering to align on priorities, guide user feedback loops, and advocate for high-impact features.
Build the engine: Establish and scale repeatable processes for product marketing—laying the foundation for future hires as the team grows.
What You Bring
4–7 years of experience in product marketing at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company (bonus for AI, or workflow automation exposure).
A track record of owning and scaling product marketing efforts from 0 to 1.
Mastery of crafting clear, differentiated, and compelling product narratives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you know how to work with Product, Sales, Success, and the C-suite.
Data-driven mindset with strong user empathy and storytelling instincts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Startup-ready: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and act like an owner.
