Finary is a hybrid remote company. Our talented team is currently based in France and across Europe. Our office is located in the heart of Paris, and we organize on-sites every 6 weeks.

Hiring at Finary

At Finary, we believe talent is our most precious asset and have an objective to hire 30+ talents in the coming 12 months. As our first Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in our growth, helping us build an outstanding team. Your mission will be to find and hire top talent while maintaining our high quality standards. You will manage the full hiring lifecycle and report directly to the VP Operations.

This position is not remote-friendly and is based in Paris, where our offices are.

What you'll do

You will:

  • handle the full hiring lifecycle, including writing the scorecard, sourcing, interview, feedback, offer process and onboarding

  • partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Co-create robust scorecards, job descriptions and interview grids.

  • develop and sustain feedback loops with hiring managers to continually improve and optimize hiring processes.

  • standardize training programs for hiring managers to ensure a consistent and high-quality interview process.

  • onboard new hires and ensure a seamless integration into their team

You’d be a great fit if you

  • are native in French with impeccable grammar & fluent in English

  • have 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment

  • love building relationships and understand that recruiting is as much about the candidate experience as it is about matching skill sets

  • excel at interpreting data, measuring success, and advocating for process improvements

  • work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and enjoy training stakeholders

  • take ownership, prioritize effectively, and bring fresh ideas to the table

  • live in Paris

Bonus points if you

  • are comfortable with Ashby (our ATS)

  • have previously worked in Fintech

  • are an investor yourself
