What will you do?
As a Field Technical Support (f/d/m) you will travel to various locations to provide on-site technical support when it is needed, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and installing new systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced teleoperation and autonomy technology in trucks, with a focus on ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
Leave your footprint by:
- travelling to various locations to provide expert technical support for trucks and teleoperation / Autonomy systems.
- diagnose and repair mechanical, and electrical issues efficiently.
- conducting regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of systems, In addition organise the service partners and OEMs visits for service purposes.
- implementing upgrades to enhance functionality and compatibility.
- installing and commission new systems, parts, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- maintaining detailed records of all activities and generate insightful reports.
- adhering to safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- work on developing our technology and building the new generation of teleoperation and autonomy systems.
What you will bring to the team?
- Strong knowledge of mechatronics is preferred, including mechanical, electrical.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexibility to travel and provide on-site support as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the automotive/trucks or teleoperation and autonomy technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
