What will you do?
As a Senior Technical Project Manager (f/m/d) you are the key interface of FERNRIDE to our OEM partners, other development partners, and our engineering team. You are responsible for coordinating our engineering projects with our partners and teams and managing the contributions of our internal stakeholders involved in the projects. If you love having an inside view of complex technical challenges, managing different internal and external stakeholders, and making sure we keep our project KPIs, you will have the time of your life! This role reports to the Head of Technical Program Management.
Leave your footprint by:
- coordinating with the Engineering teams for embedded software, hardware and vehicle operations on both: day-to-day tasks as well as planning and executing the projects including quarterly planning and increment planning.
- aligning the planning across teams and with all internal stake holders
- handling internal and external change requests and feature requests
- assigning and oversee the daily tasks while ensuring that the teams are working toward established milestones.
- maintaining project time frames and budget estimates and create actionable status reports.
- proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- maintaining regular interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders (e.g. partners, suppliers).
What you will bring to the team?
- Several years of experience in Technical Project Management.
- Organised with a structured approach to problem solving
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- A strong ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced start-up environment with ever shifting priorities.
- Previous experience working in the Automotive Industry is preferred.
- Scrum and / or project management certification or relevant experience is preferred.
