Position Overview: We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Technical SEO and Website Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have a critical part in improving our online presence by optimizing our website for search engines, ensuring optimal website performance, and implementing strategies to drive organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate possesses a strong mix of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Technical SEO:
    • Conduct thorough website audits to identify technical issues affecting SEO performance.
    • Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta tags, headings, image alt tags, and internal linking.
    • Monitor and enhance site architecture, URL structures, and XML sitemaps.
    • Collaborate with development teams to address technical SEO issues and implement recommendations.
  2. Keyword Research and Analysis:
    • Perform in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-potential search terms.
    • Monitor keyword rankings and analyze organic search traffic to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement keyword optimization strategies across website content.
  3. Website Performance:
    • Monitor website performance, including page speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall user experience.
    • Collaborate with web development and design teams to improve website speed and user experience.
    • Implement technical solutions to enhance website performance and ensure optimal loading times.
  4. Content Optimisation:
    • Work closely with content creators to ensure new and existing content is optimized for SEO.
    • Provide guidance on content structure, keyword integration, and internal linking.
    • Regularly review and update existing content to align with evolving SEO best practices.
  5. Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for SEO improvement.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Use tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms to analyze organic traffic, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  7. Technical Skill Development:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Continuously develop technical skills to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and industry standards.
  • Candidate should have 4 years+ in SEO
  • Ability to make sound decisions with a strong sense of urgency, possessing a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and objectivity.
  • Strong self-direction with proven ability to - think on your feet- and take appropriate actions.
  • You are self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to build meaningful partnerships with all departments and levels of the organization and to effectively communicate information and concepts to different skill levels and personalities.

Interview Process:

  • A screening call with the Senior Recruiter for 30 minutes.
  • Technical round with Digital Acquisition Manager 60 minutes
  • Technical interview with HM for 45 minutes.
  • Take home assignment
  • Assignment review with Digital Acquisition Manager and HM - 60 minutes
