About the job

You will be part of the Finance team working closely with the Group Financial Controller (GFC) (line manager), Financial Analysts, Data Visualization Experts and the Chief Financial Officer.

• Administration: Managing inbound supplier emails and reviewing that invoices are appropriately and accurately recorded in our AP system (Basecone). Ensuring that invoice approval procedures are adhered to before payments are released.

• Accounting: Progressively take over the bookkeeping of the Group’s Dutch entities.

• Review with the Group Financial Controller the monthly reporting close.

• Able to work autonomously but able to recognize when assistance is needed.

• Assist auditors in case of audits performed within Factris.
