- Develop and execute a 360-degree performance marketing strategy across paid, organic, and earned media channels.
- Own and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, and retargeting platforms.
- Drive technical SEO efforts: improve metadata, crawlability, Google ratings and placements.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to website traffic, search visibility, conversion rates, and especially investment volumes from online sources.
- Conduct CRO tests and iterate on landing pages to increase campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and analytics to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and high-impact.
- Keep up with performance trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats/tools.
