- to work well in a team, contributing to the development of the sales pipeline and meeting sales targets;

- manage target accounts through the development of sales action plans;
- to record all sales activities onto the company database to support business and sales analytics;
- to make quick financing analyses to deliver a first indicative offer to the borrowers;
- to prepare loan documents;
- to cooperate with the risk and marketing teams;
- to be a great ambassador for Estateguru’s products and brand;
- to define strategies for ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and increasing the profitability of the company.
