Customer Support Specialist
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to clients via phone and email;
- Manage our onboarding process for new clients;
- Proactively engage with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention;
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions to clients;
- Continuously update and maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
