You will be assisting the risk department in handling late and defaulted loans. More precisely, your responsibilities will be:

• Handling late and defaulted loans: you will ensure all formal requirements are fulfilled and all necessary steps are taken to initiate formal enforcement or other relevant proceedings in each specific case;
• Leading (internally) the enforcement proceedings in different countries with the help of our local teams and local external partner;
• Communicating with authorities involved in enforcement, bankruptcy or other proceedings held against borrowers;
• Tackling other daily tasks that revolve around debt collection.
