About Us
Due is a global payments platform leveraging the latest advancements in blockchain technology. Today, business and consumer payments are dominated by an oligopoly of card schemes working on top of legacy and fragmented banking systems. We’re challenging the status quo by offering a stack of payment solutions that enables permissionless, borderless and frictionless payments.
A lot of the things we are building are experimental and haven’t yet been adopted by retail customers or businesses. Our job is to build, innovate, and actualise real adoption of blockchain technology and crypto; to redefine global payments.
Due is a London-based company founded in September 2022 with seed funding from top-tier crypto and fintech investors.
About the role
As an Operations Manager, you will be a jack of all trades, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our core business while owning high-impact projects and verticals from the ground up. We are looking for a self-starter who excels at both building processes and driving execution across product, payments, partners, and operations.
What you could be doing:
Product Ops: Ensuring the quality and operational readiness of our product and infrastructure, and coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processesPayment Ops: Managing and optimising payment flows, working with payment providers and partners, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring smooth execution across our payment operationsPartner Ops: Liaising with local and international partners, streamlining onboarding of key partners, and continuously improving operational processesLicensing: Supporting our global licensing ambitions, including managing existing registrations and coordinating with internal and external stakeholdersResearch: Conducting market research and scoping new opportunities, markets, and partnerships across the worldSupport & Client Success: Assisting with customer support and client success, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and feeding operational insights back into the businessSpecial Projects: Working closely with our CEO on high-impact projects and new initiatives across the businessRequirements
3~5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, banking or similarInterest in crypto payments / stablecoins / cross-border financeData analysis skills (advanced excel, intermediate SQL)Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hatsFluency in EnglishNice-to-Haves
Prior experience working in blockchain or crypto projectsData science skills (e.g. Python)Fluency in Spanish or PortugueseBenefits
