US Operations Manager
Operations - Full Time | Remote | US (NY preferrably)
About Us
Due is a London-based company founded in Sep 2022 with fresh Seed funding from top-tier crypto and fintech investors.
We are building a new payments platform that leverages the latest advancements in blockchain tech / crypto. Today business and consumer payments are dominated by an oligopoly of card schemes working on top of a legacy banking system. We want to challenge this status quo and build a stack of payment solutions, that would allow for permissionless, self-sovereign, global and frictionless payments.
A lot of the things we are building are experimental and haven’t yet been adopted by retail customers or businesses. Our job is to build the best product based on the latest tech and bring adoption both on the consumer and merchant side of payments.
About the Role
As our US Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for making sure our US business runs seamlessly. You'll own the day-to-day operational backbone of the company - from managing critical local relationships and regulatory obligations to improving internal processes and leading strategic projects.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. One day you might be coordinating with regulators, accountants, and legal counsel, and the next you'll be improving internal workflows, supporting a product launch, or helping the CEO execute a high-priority initiative.
We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership without being asked, and enjoys building scalable processes rather than simply following them.
Even though the role is US focused, we’re a small high performing team so you will also have the opportunity to be involved in projects at a global level.
What You’ll Do
Own US Operations – Be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our US business, ensuring operational excellence across all local functions.
Processes Optimisation – Design and improve operational processes, documentation, and internal tooling that allow the business to scale efficiently.
Manage Local Operations – Coordinate with accountants, legal counsel, banking partners, office providers, vendors, and other key service providers to keep the business running smoothly.
Support Licensing & Compliance – Coordinate regulatory filings, reporting obligations, renewals, and licensing initiatives, while working closely with internal and external compliance teams.
Drive Operational Projects – Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and unlock growth.
Support Commercial Operations – Help optimize partner onboarding, improve internal sales operations, and remove operational bottlenecks for commercial teams.
Conduct Market Research – Analyse competitors, regulatory developments, and new market opportunities across the US.
Work Directly with the CEO – Own special projects across the company and help solve whatever operational challenges matter most.
