About Us
Due is a London-based company founded in Sep 2022 with fresh Seed funding from top-tier crypto and fintech investors.
We are building a new payments platform that leverages the latest advancements in blockchain tech / crypto. Today business and consumer payments are dominated by an oligopoly of card schemes working on top of a legacy banking system. We want to challenge this status quo and build a stack of payment solutions, that would allow for permissionless, self-sovereign, global and frictionless payments.
A lot of the things we are building are experimental and haven’t yet been adopted by retail customers or businesses. Our job is to build the best product based on the latest tech and bring adoption both on the consumer and merchant side of payments.
About the Role
We are looking for a Payment Operations Manager to own the day-to-day liquidity management and payment execution that powers the Due network. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our core operational loop—acting as the conductor between international banks, corporate vendors, multi-currency wallets, and cross-chain architectures. You will ensure that liquidity is optimally positioned around the globe to enable friction-free client transactions while maintaining extreme precision over operational treasury.
What You’ll Do
Own Daily Payment Operations – Monitor, coordinate, and execute domestic and international payment flows across our global network, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
Manage Liquidity – Monitor balances across banks, payment partners, and digital wallets, moving funds proactively to ensure sufficient liquidity where it's needed.
Coordinate with Banking & Payment Partners – Work closely with banks, payment providers, liquidity partners, and exchanges to resolve operational issues and improve payment performance.
Improve Operational Processes – Identify bottlenecks, implement controls, and work with Product and Engineering to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor Payment Health – Track payment queues, settlement timelines, liquidity levels, and operational risks, escalating issues before they impact customers.
Support New Markets & Payment Rails – Help launch new banking relationships, payment corridors, and operational capabilities as Due expands globally.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, fintech, banking, consulting, or a similar operational role
Experience managing payment flows, liquidity, treasury or financial operations
Familiarity with crypto payments / stablecoins / cross-border finance
Data analysis skills (advanced excel, intermediate SQL)
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Nice-to-Haves
Data science skills (e.g. Python)
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
