THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT

Duration: 6 months

A hands-on internship at the intersection of operations, data, business, and technology.

Your missions as an Operation Trainee in Brussels:

Warehouse & Fleet

• Inventory tracking, parts ordering, and demand forecasting.

• Monitoring repairs, quality reworks, and fleet diagnostics.

• Coordination with mechanics and the central team.

• Tracking vehicle and parts transfers.

Process & Performance

• Improvement of operational processes: onboarding, training, safety, etc.

• Creation of dashboards and monitoring of Operations KPIs.

• Identification and automation of time-consuming tasks and processes.

• Analysis of operational issues and implementation of solutions.

Street Operations

• Competitive monitoring of the Brussels market.

• Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of costs related to parking fines.

• Support for various Operations projects.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Student in business school, management, or supply chain.

• Fluency in French and English required.

• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Analytical, organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong interest in data, AI, and automation.

• Knowledge of SQL or automation tools is a plus.
